Incivility in Surgical Teams Data Collection

This collection includes a single, merged pre and post intervention dataset, collected by survey. Data includes experienced or observed incivility from surgical team members, perceptions of team dynamics, and outcomes of job attitudes, stress, and burnout. Data was collected pre and post an intervention. The data is not matched over time at the individual level of analysis.
