Computer code and datasets for reproducing figures about the effect of sample size of leaf osmotic potential on its relationship with cotton yield

Computer code and data files needed to reproduce figures of the manuscript entitled "Does sample size of leaf osmotic potential affect its relationshipwith cotton yield?" authored by X. Dong, D. A. Mott, Q. Zhou, and B. M. McKnight. The manuscript is currently under peer-review.

Figure 1 of the manuscript can be reproduced using the gnuplot code "ssize_1.txt" and dataset "ssize_1.csv".

Figures 2-3 can be reproduced using the Minitab macro "ctleaf_1.mac" and data file "Sample_size_OP.csv". To run the macro, the contents of the data file "Sample_size_OP.csv" must first be copied into the current Minitab Worksheet.
