This dataset contains supporting computational data associated with the manuscript entitled “Design of Multi-Epitope Vaccine Constructs Targeting the Hepatitis E Virus ORF2 Capsid Protein Through Integrated Immunoinformatic and Molecular Docking.” The dataset includes sequences of the four multi-epitope vaccine constructs (C1–C4), initial and refined three-dimensional structural models, Ramachandran validation outputs, molecular docking data for the interaction of the vaccine constructs with TLR4, HDOCK Model 1 complex structures and docking results, ligand–receptor interaction analyses, and supplementary material. These data support the immunoinformatic, structural validation, and molecular docking results reported in the associated manuscript.
