STEM-EELS hyperspectral datasets. These 3D datasets accompany the manuscript titled "Discovering Invariant Spatial Features in Electron Energy Loss Spectroscopy Images on the Mesoscopic and Atomic Levels" by K. Roccapriore et. al. These data are used to demonstrate correlations between pixels in space, not just energy, using what are known as multichannel rVAE models.
