首先设定一个基准值,并设定基准焦炭的基本理化指标,由于影响焦炭性能的指标最主要是灰分、含硫、热反应强度、焦炭含水、焦炭粉率这5个方面,其它指标影响较小,所以根据这5项指标的换算基本上能反映出焦炭的性能。例如1、焦炭基准成分:灰分13%,硫分0.7%,焦炭热反应性60%,水份8%,粉率8%,湿基到厂价2300元/湿吨。返焦(粉率)成本价统一按1500元/吨计算。2、测算理论依据:焦炭灰分每升高1%,入炉焦比升高1.5%,焦炭中硫每升高0.1%,造成焦比升高1.5%,热反应强度1%影响焦比0.8%,焦炭水分每降低1%,入炉焦比降低0.8%。4、随着市场焦炭价格变化,焦炭基准价格变化,测算焦炭成分变化,测算结果相应发生变化。根据以上标准建立测算表,带入计算公式,根据计算出的理论价格可以进行性价比排名,进行焦炭种类的选择。

First, set a baseline value and the basic physical and chemical indicators of baseline coke. Since the five core indicators affecting coke performance are ash content, sulfur content, post-reaction strength, moisture content and coke fines rate, while other indicators have relatively minor impacts, the overall performance of coke can be basically reflected through conversion calculations based on these five indicators. 1. Baseline coke composition: ash content 13%, sulfur content 0.7%, coke reactivity 60%, moisture content 8%, fines rate 8%, delivered price on wet basis 2300 yuan per wet ton. The uniform cost price of returned coke (fines fraction) is calculated at 1500 yuan per ton. 2. Theoretical basis for calculation: For every 1% increase in coke ash content, the blast furnace coke rate increases by 1.5%; for every 0.1% increase in sulfur content in coke, the blast furnace coke rate increases by 1.5%; every 1% change in post-reaction strength affects the coke rate by 0.8%; for every 1% decrease in coke moisture content, the blast furnace coke rate decreases by 0.8%. 4. As the market price of coke fluctuates and the baseline coke price changes, the calculated coke component will vary, and the calculation results will change accordingly. Based on the above criteria, a calculation spreadsheet can be established. By inputting the corresponding calculation formulas, the cost-performance ratio can be ranked based on the calculated theoretical prices, so as to select appropriate coke types.
