RNA seq of microglia from CPEB1-deficient and LPS-treated mice establish that RNA levels, splicing, and 3' poly(A) site selection are under complex regulation that mediate inflammation and phagaocytosis. Overall design: RNA-seq from triplicate biologic samples of total microglia from WT and CPEB1 KO mice, some of which were injected with LPS for 24 hours prior to harvesting cells.
