Data from "Impact of Data Error on Phylogenetic Network Inference from Gene Trees Under the Multispecies Network Coalescent"

For each of the three ground truth species networks (N0, N1, N2) the corresponding archive contains: The ground truth network topology and branch lengths in an extended Newick format (`species.nw`) 10 subfolders numbered 0-9 containing independent replicate experiments Each replicate contains folders for 100, 250 and 500 gene trees simulated from the network under the MSNC For each set of gene trees: simulated alignments, inferred alignments, and inferred gene trees are located in respective subdirectories Finally, inference results are located in the subdirectories named with the inference method The final summary of all results is available in `final_result.csv`, also stored in GitHub: https://github.com/NakhlehLab/data-error-species-nets
