The exploration aim of the Cameron Project, which includes EPM 25539 Metallic, is to identify economic Cu-Au deposits formed in the northern Mary Kathleen Fold Belt. The target is for high-grade, modest tonnage skarn (e.g. Mt Colin) and structurally controlled (e.g. Barbara) Cu-Au mineralisation within the Cover Sequence 2 (CS2) volcano-sedimentary package (e.g. Corella Formation, Ballara Quartzite, Argylla Volcanics etc.) Work completed within EPM 25539 Metallic during the reporting period included desktop review of recently completed geophysics and drilling results. Currently the highest priority target is the A1-Pooncarrie Shear Zone, which exploration has shown to have a strike length of +2km and the potential to host economic Cu-Co mineralisation.
