Distinct molecular and immune hallmarks of inflammatory arthritis induced by immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy

We report globel transcriptomic landscane and TCR sequencing of synovial fluid cells and autologoug peripheral blood mononuclear cells. We performed single cell RNA sequencing and TCR sequencing of synovial fluid cells and matching peripheral blood samples from eight patients who developed arthritis after immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy.
