Adrenoceptors

The adrenoceptors (adrenergic receptors) are targets for the catecholamines adrenaline (epinephrine) and noradrenaline (norepinephrine). These receptors are widespread in the body and binding of catecholamines produces a sympathetic response ('flight-or-fight response') resulting in increased heart rate, pupil dilation and energy mobilization amongst other responses. There are three major types of adrenoceptor, alpha1, alpha2 and beta. Each type is thought to have three subtypes; alpha1 (1A,1B,1D), alpha2 (2A,2B,2C) and beta (1,2,3) (Bylund DB et al, 1994).

肾上腺素受体（肾上腺素能受体）是儿茶酚胺类物质肾上腺素（肾上腺素）和去甲肾上腺素（去甲肾上腺素）的作用靶点。此类受体在人体内广泛分布，儿茶酚胺的绑定可引发交感神经反应（‘战斗或逃跑反应’），进而导致心率加快、瞳孔扩张以及能量动员等多种生理反应。肾上腺素受体主要分为三种类型：α1、α2和β。每种类型被认为具有三种亚型；α1型（1A、1B、1D）、α2型（2A、2B、2C）和β型（1、2、3）（Bylund DB 等人，1994年）。
