Table S1. The libraries for PacBio and Illumina sequencing. A total of 13 sequencing libraries. PacBio sequencing includes three libraries. The fragment length was 0.8–2 kb, 2–3 kb, and 3–6 kb. Illumina sequencing libraries were constructed with the root, stem and leaves from G. pentaphyllum with three replicates.
