To chart cell state dynamics across the malignancy continuum of colorectal cancer, wild type organoids (WT), ApcKO (A) and ApcKO::KrasG12D::Smad4KO::Trp53KO (AKSP) tumoroids were subjected to single cell RNA-seq. Overall design: Isogenic lines with the indicated genotypes were collected for s.cRNA-seq before reaching confluency to minimize cell death.
