The root rot disease caused by Fusarium oxysporum significantly impacts the growth and yield of blueberries. However, there is currently limited research on the effective biological control of root rot caused by F. oxysporum. Dark septate endophytes (DSEs) are important endophytic fungi. However, the variations in disease resistance mechanisms among different DSEs have not been fully understood. The study provides a theoretical foundation for further elucidating the molecular mechanisms by which DSE infection enhances the resistance of blueberry seedlings to root rot disease.
