Online Appendices for: "Insurgent Recruitment Practices and Combat Effectiveness in Civil War: The Black September Conflict in Jordan"

<p>These appendices provide supplementary information and background for the corresponding article published in <i>Security Studies</i>. The appendices include: (a) an extended discussion of the fieldwork that informed the article; (b) methodology and coding information for variables used in the article; (c) documentation for the killed-in-action (KIA) figures used in the article; (d) a list of the archival sources consulted for the article; and (e) a list of additional references on the Jordanian Civil War.</p>
