NF-kB associated markers of PD-1 immunotherapy response in early and metastatic triple negative breast cancer

NF-kB associated markers of PD-1 immunotherapy response in early and metastatic triple negative breast cancer 770 genes as well as pathways were analyzed in E0771-derived mouse tumors treated with monoclonal antibodies targeting PD-1, LAG-3, or TIM-3, or IgG isotype control A total of 12 tumor samples were included in this experiment; 3 mice treated with anti-PD-1 therapy, 3 mice treated with anti-LAG-3, 3 mice treated with anti-TIM-3, and 3 mice treated with IgG isotype control. Treatments were administered via IP injection every 4 days for a total of 3 treatments. Mice and tumors were collected one day following the final treatment.
