Critical data for the charts and tables in the manuscript Citrus aurantium extract on the hepato-intestinal metabolism, antioxidant capacity, and immune response of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella) after overwintering

The data analysis of this experiment was conducted using SPSS 19.0 statistical software, and the data was presented in the form of "mean ± standard error" (mean ± SE). Two statistical methods were used: (1) independent sample t-test was used for CON and HCON groups; (2) The other groups were analyzed using one-way ANOVA, and Duncan's multiple comparison test was used to evaluate the significance of differences between the treatment groups (with a significance level set at P<0.05). The drawing and image editing software used include Graphpad Prism 8 and Adobe Illustrator 2021.
