Transcriptomic analysis revealed that differentially expressed genes in the absence of AoNmd5 were involved in carbohydrate metabolism, amino acid metabolism, lipid metabolism, transport and catabolism, energy metabolism, and translation. Examination of differential genes in the WT and ΔAonmd5 mutant strains and prediction of multiple cytological processes that may affect trap formation in Arthrobotrys oligospora.
