Group 1: Woodlot, dataset 3

All the data for this observational study dataset was collected at a woodlot on the York University campus. The study site contained mostly dirt ground cover, as well as fallen leaves and branches, and had an extensive canopy. The recordings were made between 3 and 5pm in warm ('22C) weather. 0 total specimens were examined for their diameter, nearest tree, nearest tree diameter, and health with the use of transect measuring tapes. Several potential sources of error were found: the accuracy of the straight line path through the forest, the lack of precision in determining age of trees. The first two trees' circumference was measured by mistake, so the corresponding data was converted from circumference to diameter afterwards
