These are the data sets processed and analyzed as described in Datta-Barua et al., \Lake Ice Surface Type Correlation with GNSS Surface Reflectivity,\ being published in IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing. They contain Global Positioning System reflectometry front-end samples recorded by universal software radio peripherals, camera videos, and lidar point clouds, all sensing a partly or completely frozen lake surface. Data sets were collected as part of: Data Campaign 8A on 19 Feb 2019 starting at 18:41 UT; Data Campaign 8B on 19 Feb 2019 at 21:28 UT; and Data Campaign 10 on 14 Feb 2020 at 18:28 UT. The data were collected from a portable sensor system about 2 m above the surface and spanning the nearest several meters of the lakefront at Lake Michigan in Chicago, (41.84 deg N, 87.60 deg W).
