This dataset contains high-order harmonic current and orbit parameter test data obtained from the resonant power supply system of the rapid-cycling synchrotron (RCS) at the China Spallation Neutron Source. The RCS operates at a repetition frequency of 25 Hz and plays a key role in proton beam acceleration, with beam power recently increased from 100 kW to 140 kW. The dataset captures the effects of high-order harmonic current on the horizontal orbit of the proton beam, with particular focus on the correction of harmonic current errors in the dipole magnet resonant power supplies.The dataset includes measurements taken under various conditions of the power supply system, highlighting the relationship between harmonic currents and beam orbit deviations. It also features the impact of a combined high-order harmonic current compensation strategy and PI double-loop control on the resonant power supply, which reduced current errors by up to 50% and beam orbit deviation by at least 19.8%. This collection provides essential data to support ongoing research into power supply system improvements and enhances the stability and performance of the RCS.
