Calming Devices

Calming Devices is a Point FeatureClass representing Calming Devices in Cupertino. Calming Devices are defined as any device or technique on or next to a road that is used to slow or restrict traffic, esp. in residential areas. It is primarily used as an inventory layer in Cityworks. This layer has an AssetID field which allows users to look into work and inspection history per calming device. The layer is updated as needed by the Public Works department. The GIS Division also performs a quarterly QA/QC on the layer.
