NRS-8322 | Copies of Gazette notices relating to leases granted for special purposes [Miscellaneous Lease Branch, Department of Lands]

These volumes contain copies of notices which have appeared in the Government Gazette relating to leases granted for special purposes, sale of special leases, extension of special leases and the forfeiture of special leases. The following details are given: number of lease, registered number of papers, land board number of application, name and address of lessee, situation of land, area, object of lease, term of lease and the annual rent. Other conditions which apply to the lease such as regulations relating to the erection of structures are also given. In cases where a lease is intended to be sold, under the provisions of the Crown Lands Acts, conditions relating to the lease are noted in point form. Cross references are made to subsequent notices appearing in the Government Gazette which are relevant to a particular notice. (3/6574-77). 4 vols.
