ChIRP_seq data for Rrp6 project analysis in malaria (Plasmodium falciparum)

We adopted the technique of Chromatin Isolate by RNA Purification combined with high-throughput sequencing (ChIRP-seq) to gain mechanistic insight into the transcriptionally regulatory role of the trans-acting RUF6 ncRNA in detail We performed the ChIRP-seq assay with the parasite lines PfRrp6-DD-1C and WT 3D7-G7, and the probe pool were designed on the antisense strand of RUF6 ncRNAs while the probes from the sense strand were designed as complementary control.
