聚焦城市最基本的职能居住和工作，采用以人为本的视角，评估两者的匹配程度，具体包括职住比、就业者平衡指数、居住者平衡指数等3个方面，对片区或者组团进行评价，用于区分：职住平衡、职住错位、就业者富余、劳动力富余等情况

Focusing on the two most basic urban functions, namely residence and employment, this dataset adopts a people-oriented perspective to evaluate the matching degree between the two. It specifically covers three dimensions: job-housing ratio, employment balance index, and resident balance index, and conducts assessments on neighborhoods or clusters to differentiate scenarios including job-housing balance, job-housing mismatch, surplus of employed persons, and surplus of labor force.
