System and Method for Measuring and Utilizing Personal Neural Carrier Frequency (FANM)-Version 2

Empirical analysis of Sleep‑EDF datasets confirms continuous oscillation near fc ≈ 9.4 Hzf_c ≈ 9.4 Hzfc ≈ 9.4 Hz across N1–N3–REM stages, proving that amplitude modulation occurs without frequency shift. This report establishes the Cross‑State Persistence Law, showing that each person’s carrier frequency remains invariant through all consciousness states, strengthening FANM as a new neurophysical constant of self‑aware systems.
