Satisfaction with safety by tourists in Taiwan 2020-2021

According to several surveys conducted among inbound travelers to Taiwan in 2020 and 2021, the satisfaction level of various environmental safety aspects changed slightly during the COVID-19 pandemic. For example, international tourists in Taiwan were quite satisfied with the safety of accommodation facilities in the beginning of 2020 (4.58 points where "4" represents "good" and "5" represents "excellent"). The satisfaction with hotel facility safety decreased to 4.46 points after July of that year but still remained well above average and continued to range around 4.47 points in 2021.

根据对2020年至2021年间来台入境旅客所进行的数项调查，COVID-19疫情期间，各环境安全方面的满意度略有变动。例如，台湾的国际游客在2020年初对住宿设施的安全性表示高度满意（评分为4.58分，其中“4”代表“良好”，“5”代表“优秀”）。然而，该满意度自当年7月起降至4.46分，尽管如此，仍显著高于平均水平，并在2021年继续保持在约4.47分的水平。
