C-ROD with water elevations - SWCE 2070 1 Percent Risk of Flood Polygon

Multi-part polygon showing water elevation values, with precision of 0.1 feet. This layer was created from the Woods Hole Group's approved SWCE 2070 1% approach. The Significant Wave Crest Elevation layer is based on the MC-FRM raster for the 2070 1% chance flood event, developed by Woods Hole Group. All 999x values (which denote areas of uncertainty) were set to No Data before the SWCE formula was run. In the formula below, WSE represents Water Surface Elevation, and DFE represents Design Flood Elevation: SWCE = [WSE + (DFE - WSE)/2.27] After running the formula, a polygon layer was created from the raster layer by Jess November in the Salem Engineering Department.
