Thyroid Cancer is the most common endocrine cancer globally. Differentiated thyroid cancer is associated with excellent prognosis. However, poorly differentiated thyroid cancer (PDTC) is associated with higher rates of distant metastases and decreased disease-free survival. Moreover, the genomic landscape of PDTC is less well described. Here, we evaluate the genomic landscape of PDTC using Next-Generation sequencing.
