Ten 4-week-old BALB/c mice were randomly divided into two groups, with five mice in each group. PCV2 infected mice were constructed by intraperitoneal injection of PCV2, while the control group was injected with an equal volume of PBS in the same manner. On the 28th day after infection, one PCV2 infected mouse and one control mouse were taken, and their spleens were removed for scRNA-seq. Overall design: Ten 4-week-old BALB/c mice were randomly divided into two groups. The mice in the PCV2 group were injected intraperitoneally with 500 mL of 105 TCID50 PCV2 suspension for the construction PCV2 infected mouse model, while the mice in the control group were injected with 500 mL of phosphate buffer saline in the same manner. On the 7th, 14th, and 21st day after infection, tail vein blood samples were collected from mice, serum was isolated for the detection of PCV2 load. On the 28th day after infection, mice were euthanized, and their blood, hearts, livers, spleens, lungs, and kidneys were harvested for virus load detection and histological observation, among which one spleen was randomly selected in the control group and one spleen in the PCV2 group for scRNA-seq.
