Annotated genome of non-toxic mutant Microcystis aeruginosa PCC7806 -mcyB. Genome was sequenced and annotated in order to assess if it was genetically identical to the published Microcystis aeruginosa PCC7806SL wildtype strain. This mutant strain was created via homologous recombination by Elke Dittmann in 1997.
