Monthly Real Estate Sales - Dashboard

Monthly real estate sales are provided by the Dukes County Registry of Deeds to the Martha's Vineyard Commission. All figures are based on sales over $10,000.00 The Registry geo-locates, in Google Maps, monthly sales based on physical address of the property sold. In some cases, the Registry may manually adjust the pinned map location if needed. The Registry has made reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of the content, but does not guarantee the accuracy of the location of the pins on the map. A csv file with pertinent info, including Latitude & Longitude are forwarded from the Registry to the MVC where the MVC then appends the data to the Monthly Sales feature layer. This monthly sales feature layer is what fuels this data dashboard.
