This dataset accompanies the study on a highly stretchable hydrogel, termed the Span Network, developed through deliberate manipulation of ammonium persulfate, methylenebisacrylamide, dimethyleacrylamide, and polyethylene oxide concentrations. The hydrogel demonstrates extraordinary stretchability, extending up to 260 times its original length, attributed to its unique network architecture predicted with artificial intelligence. The dataset provides comprehensive experimental evidence supporting this work, including: Mechanical testing (stress–strain files) FTIR spectra confirming functional group interactions Axial storage and loss moduli measurements Shear storage and loss moduli measurements Relaxation test results Cyclic loading–unloading test data These data collectively validate the proposed Span Network mechanism and offer insights into the mechanical and molecular basis of this hydrogel’s unprecedented properties.
