Data-Interactive effect

This is the primary data collected by researchers for the particular study. This data is not published and used by others except in this study. Data has measured variables like Supportive supervision, non-controlling supervision, careerist orientation, creativity, and respondents' demographic details. Data can be used to measure the direct effect of supervisory style on subordinates' creativity and the interactive effect of supervisory style (supportive and non-controlling supervision) and careerist orientation on creativity. Data showed a positive effect of supportive supervision on creativity, a negative effect of non-controlling supervision on creativity, and a moderating effect of careerist orientation in the relationship between supervisory styles (supportive and non-controlling supervision) and subordinates' creativity. Fundamentally, the data is used to test a new model that is quite complex to show the interaction of supervisory style, careerist orientation, and creativity.
