Dataset of Symptom Severity Score, Bristol Stool Form Scale, and number of weekly bowel movements for paediatric chronic functional constipation.

As part of a pilot randomized controlled trial, the demographic information such as age, sex, type of birth, and type of lactation were collected, as well as Symptom Severity Score and Bristol Stool Form Scale scores, and number of weekly bowel movements at various stages of the treatment. These data were collected over a period of years, with a 5 years difference between the first and last data collection.
