Single cell gene expression profiling of cardiac non-myocytes from CD31 depleted suspensions

Cardiac non-myocytes are poorly defined as a cell type. In order to better define them, we performed single cell RNA sequencing to assess heterogeneity. Overall design: Non-myocytes were isolated by mincing murine cardiac tissue and then performing magnetic bead removal of enodthelial cells to enrich minor non-myocyte populations.
