Single-cell transcriptome analyses reveal differential transcriptional profiles of horse oocyte before and after in vitro maturation

In this study, we investigated more important regulatory genes and their participation in the pathway by single cell RNA-seq in horse germinal vesicle (GV) and in vitro matured metaphase II (MII) oocytes, and understood the impact about differentially expressed genes on oocyte meiosis maturation in depth.
