Cercozoa Metagenome

The nitrogen deposition experiment site is located at the Yellow River Delta Coastal Wetland Ecological Experimental Station in Shandong, China. Three nitrogen sources were selected to simulate the Ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen deposition. And we set three nitrogen deposition levels for each nitrogen source, including: low nitrogen, medium nitrogen, high nitrogen. In addition, a control group was set without nitrogen fertilizer. All in all, there were 10 treatments in the experiment with five replicates for each treatment. Ten samples were taken for each treatment, and a total of 100 samples were collected.
