Global Lake Trophic State Index (TSI) Dataset

This dataset provides annual trophic state index (TSI) estimates for global lakes from 1984 to 2023 derived from satellite remote sensing observations. The dataset contains 40-year average TSI together with geographic and morphometric attributes. TSI was derived from remotely sensed chlorophyll-a estimates. Detailed variable definitions, units, missing-value conventions, and data structure are provided in the accompanying README and data dictionary.
