RIPK2 in neutrophils maintains the STAT3 promoter-enhancer loops and promotes liver metastasis of colorectal cancer cells_HiChIP

We constructed binding site deletion mutants of the S100A8, S100A9, and STAT3 complexes to inhibit the assembly of the ternary complex, and used in situ Hi-C followed by chromatin immunoprecipitation (HiChIP) technology to analyze the enrichment level of STAT3 on promoters or enhancers, thereby exploring the role of the STAT3/S100A8/9 ternary complex in maintaining the promoter-enhancer loops (EPLs) and explaining how STAT3 promotes colorectal cancer liver metastasis by enhancing the structural stability of the EPLs of oncogenes.
