This research compendium contains the manuscript source, numerical inputs, reference outputs, figures, and Python code associated with the study of uncertainty quantification for symmetric nuclear matter calculated in the Brueckner-Hartree-Fock approximation with order-by-order chiral two-nucleon interactions. The analysis includes - single-interaction Gaussian-process truncation models- an equal-weight finite Gaussian-mixture baseline- a metadata-kernel multi-output Gaussian process for the common RKE-EMN ensemble- a nine-point sparse training grid with a ten-point sensitivity check- leave-one-interaction-out ensemble-coverage tests The scope is restricted to the two-nucleon sector. Three-nucleon forces and uncertainties from the many-body approximation are not included in the reported bands.
