2D Transdimensional Joint Inversion of RMT and ERT Data

These directories contain the dataset (synthetic and field data), processed data obtained using the 2D transdimensional Bayesian inversion and inverted modelsobtained using WSJointInv2D-MT-DCR code for the publications “2D Transdimensional Joint Inversion of Radio magnetotelluric and Electrical Resistivity Tomography Data”.All scripts to produce the plots are written in MATLAB and the scripts are given in each folder. The name of each plotting script begins with “A1 xxx.m”. For example the script “A1 Stats plot.m” in “./Synthetic Data/plot model” is used to plot various statistical maps such as mean, median, standard deviations, etc.
