Synthetic numerical datasets supporting microseismic source localization identifiability and uncertainty calibration

This dataset contains synthetic numerical data supporting the manuscript: "The Geometry of Microseismic Source Localization:Identifiability, Calibrated Uncertainty, and Systematic Model Bias." The dataset includes numerical outputs from: (1) effective Fisher information and identifiability experiments;(2) covariance calibration Monte Carlo experiments;(3) optimization landscape and multistart analyses;(4) velocity-model mismatch and systematic bias experiments;(5) semi-analytical two-layer refracted-ray validation. The data are generated using controlled synthetic experiments with explicitly documented coordinate conventions, model parameters, random seeds, and checksum validation. The dataset is intended to support reproducibility, verification, and further methodological studies in microseismic source localization and uncertainty quantification. The dataset is released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
