Axin2 mediates stem cell competition in developing brain

Stem cell competition controls organ size, maintains tissue homeostasis and optimizes long-term tissue function through eliminating cells less fit than their neighbors, but whether competitive interaction occur between neural stem cells in the developing brain and its mechanistic drivers remain enigmatic. We use single-cell RNA-seq and Bulk RNA seq to uncover Cell competition in neural stem cells.
