资源简介:
Germline telomere maintenance defects provoke inflammatory disease via activated ATM/YAP1/IL-18 signaling in epithelial cells, providing novel therapies for inflammatory conditions associated with short telomeres. Overall design: Telomere proficient intestinal epithelium (G0), which served as control, was compared to the telomere dysfunctional intestinal crypt epithelium (G3). Three samples from each group was pooled and ChIP-seq was performed.
