Bacterial samples of environmental dust and human saliva, skin swabs and stool

In this project, we tested an indirect method to study bacterial dispersal. We studied patterns of bacterial taxa that are shared between humans and their living environment. Our aim was to increase the understanding on how environmental micro-organisms reach and interact with humans.
