Dataset for "Chemical-thermomechanical modeling of open-system mass transfer: application to the subduction interface"

This dataset corresponds to the study " Chemical-thermomechanical modelling of open-system mass transfer: application to the subduction interface". It contains scripts for data processing, and result visualization. It only includes numerical results of model TREF (soluble non-volatile elements) and TGAS (insoluble non-volatile element). We use CreateFigures.m to generate Figure 1-3, 4a-c, 5, 8a-c,e, 9a and Load_Phase_Diagram.m to plot Fig 4 d-f, 8 d,f and 9 b. Fig 7 is generated with mechatrans.m. Fig 6 is also plotted with CreateFigures.m, but requires all of the model runs with a size of hundreds of gigabytes. You can rename the figure file to generate your own result.
