iPromoter-MFF-dataset

This repository contains the processed datasets used in the study “iPromoter-MFF: a comprehensive and robust multimodal deep learning framework for accurate prokaryotic promoter identification across multiple species”. These datasets are provided to support the reproducibility of the analyses and experiments reported in the manuscript. The data sources and preprocessing procedures are described in the manuscript.
