Questionnaires based on development of patient and family education toward postpartum maternal services at hospital in Medan

The questionnaires was based on 28 indicators for public health professionals during treatment of postpartum childbirth mothers in Malahayati Hospital, Medan city, Indonesia. The indicators was given based on 40 different questions and characterized from age, length of work and last education of health professionals. In addition, the ethical clearance of this project was supported.
