检测所研制刀体冷却式车刀的寿命，依据《刀具产品检测方法 第1部分：通则》（JB/T 10231.1-2015）和《单刃车削刀寿命试验》（GB/T 16461-2016）规定的检测方法，对普通双酚A型聚砜进行外圆车削，检测加工后表面粗糙度和刀具磨损形貌。

This dataset is established for testing the service life of the newly developed blade-cooled turning tool. Cylindrical turning operations were performed on conventional bisphenol A polysulfone following the test methods specified in *JB/T 10231.1-2015: Test Methods for Cutting Tool Products - Part 1: General Rules* and *GB/T 16461-2016: Life Test for Single-edged Turning Tools*, and the post-machining surface roughness and tool wear morphology were detected.
