Community Hand Tool Program Request Form

This form was created by the City of Dallas' Office of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (DBI) for use by Code Compliance's (CCS) Keep Dallas Beautiful campaign. It allows residents to request lawn and tree care equipment to borrow from the City of Dallas, helping them maintain and beautify their properties and neighborhoods. Once a request is submitted, an email notification is automatically sent through Power Automate to both the Keep Dallas Beautiful team ([e-mail]) and the resident’s email. This streamlined process ensures quick communication and efficient coordination of equipment lending. The form plays a key role in supporting community involvement and encouraging residents to actively contribute to maintaining Dallas' green spaces.
